Faris Wright Interview

Faris WrightWho are you?

FW: My name is Faris Wright.  I am, Strong, Empowered and Classy.

What do you do?

FW: I am currently a nightlife and event promoter, as well as an investor, and most importantly my passion which I have just begun pursuing, as a great Actor.

What are you passionate about?

FW: I am passionate about overall success! I wanna wake up everyday knowing I am successful and happy with a purpose. As of now I am successful at advertising events & I am very passionate about being a professional actor.

Strength refers to the quality or state of being strong; bodily or muscular power; vigor; mental power, force; moral power, firmness, courage; power by reason of influence, authority, resources, numbers, etc. What makes you strong? Tell us how it strengthens you.

FW: When I think about what strengthens me, I think about motivation.  I think about what I have been through and what I have to look forward to! I am strong because of my past and my up-bringing; the things I now realize but weren’t aware of as a kid. I never knew I was poor or broke because that’s the environment I was in and everyone around me was in the same boat. I didn’t realize this until I was able to do things for myself, at like 14. I save for my future  because I don’t want my kids to come up or go through what I went through as a kid and think that’s regular; I don’t want my wife to want for anything! We will have everything needed and wanted.

Faris WrightEmpowerment refers to increasing the spiritual, political, social, educational, gender, or economic strength of individuals and communities. Where does your sense of empowerment derive from?

FW: I think I kind of answered the empowerment question in what strengthens me. I am basically just empowered everyday by society, the things I want to change for my community and peers, as well as the things I want for myself that the upper class have; like the finer things.

Classy refers to being elegant, stylish; having or reflecting high standards of personal behavior; admirably skillful and graceful. How important is it to maintain a sense of class in your life or field?

FW: To me I want to always maintain a certain level of class. I think of that as basically how you represent yourself; most people may think of the TV look (as boogie). When i think of maintaining a certain level of class, I think of how people think of me and I want them to always think of high expectations and know I have standards based on my reputation.

Faris WrightLife is truly a journey. Are you proud of where and who you are right now? Why?

FW: Yes, I am very proud of where I am now, but not satisfied. I am proud of myself because of my success up to this point. I was able to be the 1st individual in my family to go to college and graduate; when most of my family thought I was just going to go but not finish. I am proud because I have a successful business that I started in college and still continue to profit from. I am proud because I haven’t worked for anyone in the past 6 years but yet my bank account continues to grow. I am proud because I was able to do all this on my own and I know I’m not done growing yet! is a company that may also feature the Jane Thang Productions, LLC’s Strong, Empowered and Classy Highlights. The premise of this site refers to needing that one opportunity to present your talent and shine. If you had the opportunity to speak for the masses, what would you say?

FW: If I had the opportunity to speak to the masses I would tell them my story and how a passion and positive thinking can go a long way! <-That we will have to see!
